शिवभूमी — परंपरेचा जिवंत वारसा

A faithfully built traditional Maharashtrian Wada near Karad in Satara — courtyards, carved teak, a deity hall and open green fields, kept in classic Maratha architectural style. A standout location for films, web series, period productions, ads, music videos, pre-wedding shoots and cultural gatherings.

A Wada is more than a building — it’s a courtyard home with the sky at its centre, deep verandas, carved teak pillars and a deity at its heart. ShivBhumi keeps that craft alive in classic Maratha style, surrounded by open shivar.

  • Open central courtyard (angan)
  • Pillared verandas & a high-beamed hall
  • A deity corner (devhara) at its heart
  • Lush green fields all around

The legacy it belongs to

Built in the spirit of Shivrai’s Maharashtra

शिवरायांनी रुजवलेल्या मराठा वास्तुशैलीचा वारसा

In Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Maharashtra, the Wada took shape as a distinct architectural language — courtyards opening to the sky, carved teak pillars, deep verandas and a deity at the heart of the home. ShivBhumi is built to keep that craft alive, in classic Maratha style.
